Give a Day. Get a Disney Day. Toons: Partyphibian Frog (2013)

     Plot
Robin the Frog disrupts the other Muppets playing blowing soap bubbles, worried they may ruin the hotel. He is chastised by the other Muppets after ruining their fun, with Gonzo calling him "Partypooper Frog". The other Muppets sense Lily approaching, and scatter, leaving Robin alone when she enters. She takes him to a water park called Reef Park that looks like an aquarium and it has the dam that controls the waves, and water slides). Robin enjoys playing with the other sea animal Muppets (Captain Marine the dolphin, Shells the hermit crab, Mollusk the bluestreak cleaner wrasse, Crustacean the krill, Sponge the goldfish, Krusty the lobster, Slip the whale, Tentacles the octopus, Pebbles the seahorse, Anchor the flounder, Barrier the puffer fish, Salt the shark, and Lilypad the starfish) but soon Melinda comes to turn off the wave pool and take Lily out. Once alone, the sea Muppets wish they could continue to have fun, but all of them lack arms and can only function if afloat in the water. Robin initially thinks drawing a new wave is a bad idea, but recalling Gonzo's insult, he asserts that he is "Partyphibian Frog", and helps the sea Muppets to start a new wave.

The sea creatures quickly start to sing and dance in a rave-like fashion, aided by a carefree Robin throwing ocean waves solution into the pool, and blocking the overflow drain with Lilypad. However, he suddenly realizes that if the pool overflows, it will leak out into the Reef Park hall. He tries to turn off the water, but only causes the remote detonator to break, and the drain stays plugged when he tries to pull it out. Finally, he spots the control center that stops the flow from the dam, but realizes too late that this dam breaks and only diverts water when the dam bursts. The pool starts to overflow, the other sea creatures oblivious to the problem. Outside the Reef Park hall, Kermit the Frog and the other Muppets go to see how Robin is doing when suddenly the water park door bursts open and a flood of water pours out.

Later, Melinda is paying to have plumbing repairs done to Reef Park. Robin, though he knows was at fault, since enjoys the short-lived fame with the other Muppets in The penthouse. Outside, other sea creatures, who have heard of Robin's exploits from the sea creatures from the water park, get him to agree to help him turn on the outside control center at the Neverland Pool to let them party as well, and Robin quickly joining on their fun.
