(Bunsen was busy putting on the finishing touches on his brew in the Muppet Labs. After he put in the last ingredient, he wanted to test it out on some patients. While Bunsen was thinking of who would be a good test subject, he saw Kermit walking through the door)
BUNSEN: Why, Mr. Kermit, sir, it's good to see you again!
(He walked up to Kermit with the brew in his hand)
Bunsen: Would you like to try my new brew? I want to see if it would be a good drink.
Kermit: Thanks, Bunsen, but I think I'll take a rain check. Hey, do you think that the brew would work on little aliens?
(Bunsen thought about it)
Bunsen: Little aliens? Well, I don't know, Mr. Kermit, sir. Why do you ask?
Kermit: Well, you see, the Nerdlucks were already having memories of being the MonStars after they had to give their talents back to the NBA players. I started to feel really bad for them, so I promised them that I would help them find something that would make them become MonStars again without having to steal the talents from the NBA players.
Bunsen: Hmm ... well, I guess it wouldn't hurt to try. I'll tell you what, have the Nerdlucks meet me at 3:00 p.m. sharp and I'll let them taste this brew.
(Bunsen wrote the address on a sticky note and handed it to Kermit so he could give it to the Nerdlucks)
BEAKER: Whoa!
Kermit: Thanks, Bunsen. I'm sure they'll be excited about it.
(EXT. LOCAL GYMNASIUM, HAPPINESS HOTEL – DAY. The Nerdlucks were sitting at a bench, watching the Muppets playing a game of basketball. The Nerdlucks sighed)
Nawt: Boy, I do wish that we could be tall again, like the NBA players.
Pound: How are we going to do that, Nawt? It's not like we can go back and steal the NBA players' talents all over again. Besides, we nearly lost everyone's trust because of that.
Bang: Yeah, Pound's got a point there. I do hope there was an easier way to become MonStars again without going through that process.
(The Nerdlucks all turned to see Kermit walking up to the court with Bunsen's note in his hands. He gave the note to the Nerdlucks)
Kermit: Okay, guys, Bunsen said that he would like to see you all at 3:00 p.m. for a special appointment. He said he found a way that would make you guys MonStars again.
(Pound looked at the note, then looked at Kermit)
POUND: Hmm... Kermit, do you think it will work?
Kermit: Well, you know what they say, Pound. Never say never.
(EXT. MUPPET LABS, HAPPINESS HOTEL – MOMENTS LATER. THREE HOURS LATER. At 3:00 p.m., the Nerdlucks all walked to the Muppet Labs and walked inside to see if Bunsen was inside. They were about to leave, but they decided to go through with it and sat in five chairs. Bunsen was busy putting his brew in five separate cups as he saw the Nerdlucks)
Bunsen: Well, hello, boys! I'm glad that you came today. So, I hear that you want to become the MonStars again?
POUND: Yeah, to be honest, Dr. Honeydew, I think that being the MonStars was the most-exciting time of our lives.
Bunsen: I can tell that you boys enjoyed being like NBA players.
Blanko: Yeah, that was pretty amazing. Too bad that we may never be like those guys again. We don't want to take their talents away from them like we did last time. Overall, the chances of us becoming MonStars again are slim to none.
Bunsen: Well, all I have to say is that today is your lucky day, boys!
(He gave each of the Nerdlucks a cup of his special brew)
Bunsen: Today, I have just made a brew and I'm sure that Mr. Kermit, sir told you about this. This may or may not make you boys into the MonStars again, but it can't hurt to try.
(The Nerdlucks all looked at the brew nervously and decided not to drink it, but Bunsen reassured them)
Bunsen: Don't worry, it's not poisonous. It's just like fruit punch.
(The Nerdlucks began to drink the brew as Bunsen and Beaker watched in approval. However, after they finished, the Nerdlucks noticed no change to them whatsoever as Bunsen walked over to them)
Bunsen: Well, don't worry, boys; I'm sure there will be an easier way to make you MonStars.
Beaker: (SPEAKING GIBBERISH)
(While Bunsen said this, the Nerdlucks were nearly losing all hope as they began to feel a sudden change through their bodies. Bunsen did not know what was going on, but she was surprised to see that his brew was actually working on the Nerdlucks. Pound changed back into his MonStar form again, though instead of being as tall as the Empire State Building, he had more of a human height, being 5'11)
(Blanko started to change back into his MonStar form as well, growing up to 6'2, making him, once again, the tallest of the Nerdlucks. Bang and Bupkus also grew back to their MonStar looks, with Bang being 6'1 and Bupkus being 6'0)
(Nawt also grew back to his MonStar height, later becoming 5'7. Nawt was glad that he and his fellow Nerdlucks were back to being MonStars, meaning that they would be able to do some things like the other Muppets, but Nawt had this one thought in mind)
NAWT: Hey, Dr. Honeydew. First, we would like to thank you for helping us grow back to our MonStar heights, but are we still going to be able to play basketball like we used to do?
(EXT. LOCAL GYMNASIUM, HAPPINESS HOTEL – DAY. Bunsen led them to the basketball court)
BUNSEN: Well, go and see for yourself, boys!
(The MonStars all walked up to the basketball court and the Muppets stopped their game to see that the Nerdlucks became the MonStars again)
Dr. Teeth: Whoa! You guys are back to being tall! Did you guys steal the NBA's talent again?
BUPKUS: No. Actually, Bunsen gave us this special brew that allows us to become MonStars whenever we want. I think he calls it, 'The MonStars Medicine'.
Scooter: Well, that's cool to hear.
(He spins a basketball on his finger)
Scooter: Hey, can you guys still play basketball like you did when you played against us in the basketball game?
Pound: Well, give us the ball so we can make sure.
(Scooter passed the ball to Nawt, who nervously held his hands out as he peeked his eyes open to see that the basketball did not hit his face; he actually caught the basketball with his own hands! Nawt looked in surprise)
BLANKO: Whoa, dude!
Nawt: Hey, guys, I caught it!
POUND: I liked that, Nawt.
(Nawt began to dribble the basketball for a bit as he passed the ball to Bang)
Bang: Oh, you think that's impressive, Nawt? Just wait until you see this!
(Bang dunked the ball as Bupkus picked up the ball and dunked it as well)
BUPKUS: Handle it.
BLANKO: Look at Nawt handle the rock.
(Bupkus passed the ball to Blanko, who easily made a 3-point shot, then Pound got the ball and did an alley-oop to himself, dunking the ball into the hoop)
BANG: Felt good.
Floyd: Well, I'm glad to say that you boys still got it. Hey, would you like to play a game of 5-on-5?
NAWT: Sure, no problem. So, who's going to be team captain?
(The Muppets were not so sure as LOUIS KAZAGGER and BEAN BUNNY appeared on the court)
Louis Kazagger: Well, pardon us for making a random appearance in this show. (turns to the audience)
Hey, we had to make an appearance at some point in this show. (turns back to the Muppets) But may I suggest that you could shoot to see who gets the first pick?
Bean Bunny: Good idea, Kazagger.
Louis Kazagger: Thank you, Bunny, but please, if you say it again, I shall have to hurt you.
Bean Bunny: Oh, right, Kazagger.
(After they shot around for a little bit, the two team captains were Blanko and Nawt; Blanko decided to have Pound, Gonzo, Scooter, and Rowlf on his team whereas Nawt had Bupkus, Bang, Kermit, and Miss Piggy on his team. Louis Kazagger decided to do what he did at the Muppet Squad's basketball game and do the play-by-play commentary)
Bean Bunny: We get to do the amazing play-by-play commentary for this practice basketball game just like what you did in the basketball game. Isn't that amazing?
Louis Kazagger: Well, I must say, this is going to be one entertaining game.
(As the game started, the Muppets were glad to see that the MonStars still had their game and the MonStars were happy to know that they were actually being treated as the Muppets' allies and earned their trust after getting their revenge on Principal Robert)
POUND: You know, fellas? I think that we're going to like Disneyland Resort.
Blanko: You got that right, dude.
(He and the other MonStars high-fived each other)
BUPKUS: You got it.
Blanko: At least we're not under Principal Robert's reign anymore.
Bean Bunny: Good idea, Kazagger.
Louis Kazagger: Thank you, Bunny, but please, if you say it again, I shall have to hurt you.
Bean Bunny: Oh, right, Kazagger.
