(EXT. CASTLE COURTYARD – DAY. The CHRISTMAS REVELS. CLAMINA is using her icy powers to decorate the giant Christmas tree)
Clamina: You can do this. For Kermit.
CHLORINE: Relax.
(CHLORINE was perched on a ladder nearby)
Chlorine: It looks great.
(He and CLAWS were putting the finishing touches on a birthday banner. Claws was holding several buckets of paint)
Clamina: I just want it to be perfect.
(Clami turned back to the Christmas tree and added some swirls to the sides, and icy flowers along the lower layers)
Chlorine: Speaking of perfect, check this out!
(He reached out to hang the last section of the MERRY CHRISTMAS MUPPETS banner. The banner had multiple panels, and each one had a letter on it. The letters were strung together, and they hung sloppily on a straggly rope that stretched across the entire courtyard)
(Clami gasped. There was paint splashed everywhere!)
(She quickly composed herself and walked over to Chlorine. After wiping paint off his face, she glanced at some paint dripping from the sign and onto the ground. There was a lot of cleanup to be done)
Clamina: Chlorine, are you sure I can leave you in charge here?
Chlorine: Absolutely.
Clamina: Because I don't want anything to happen in this courtyard.
(She had worked so hard to prepare for the party. Everything needed to be perfect for the Muppets)
Chlorine: What could happen? It's all set.
(Just then, Clami spotted CALYPSO standing next to the Christmas cake. He swiped his fingers across the frosting)
Clamina: Calypso, what are you doing?
Calypso: (with his cheeks bulging) I'm not eating cake.
(Clami frowned)
Calypso: But it's an ice cream cake.
Clamina: And it's for the Muppets.
(Calypso looked so sorry that it was hard to stay angry. Clami sighed and walked away, freezing the fountains as she went)
(Behind her, Calypso pulled the frosting out of his mouth and patted it back onto the cake)
(Just then, the morning bells chimed. The sun was peeking over the high mountains that edged the fjord. It looked like the start of a beautiful day)
(Clami shivered, feeling excited. The big moment had finally arrived!)
Clamina: Are you sure you've got this?
Chlorine: I'm sure.
Clamina: Don't let anyone in before we're ready!
(She froze a gargoyle on the side of the castle for good measure)
Chlorine: I won't.
(He felt itchy since his morning bath. He wanted to lean against a pillar and scratch-)
Clamina: And don't touch anything!
(Chlorine blinked)
Chlorine: I'm just going to stand here.
Calypso: I'm probably going to walk around a little.
(He loved seeing all the decorations, with all the frost and the icy things and the tree topper and the tree...)
Clamina: Keep an eye on that tree!
(Then she ducked inside the castle's main entrance)
(Chlorine looked at Claws. He lowered his voice and pretended to speak as the hermit crab)
Chlorine: (as Claws) "She thinks you're an idiot. Well, clearly she's wrong.
(INT. MUPPETS' BEDROOM – DAY. Clami hurried along the castle hallway, finally reaching the Muppets' bedroom. Cracking open the door, she tiptoed over to her sister KERMIT THE FROG'S bed. Kermit was sprawled across her large mattress with his sheets tangled in a mess. His mouth was wide open, and he was snoring loudly)
Clamina: Kermit.
(Kermit yawned and stretched his arms, but his eyes stayed closed)
Kermit: Yeah?
Clamina: Merry Christmas.
Kermit: (SINGS) To you
Clamina: It's Christmas Eve.
Kermit: To us. It's Christmas.
Clamina: Come on.
(Suddenly, Kermit's eyes flickered open)
Kermit: It's Christmas!
Clamina: (SINGING) You've never had a real Christmas before
Except, of course, the ones just spent outside my locked door
So I'm here way too late to help you celebrate
And be your Christmas date if I may...
Achoo!
(When she sneezed, two tiny snowmen popped into existence just behind her. Neither sister noticed as the two creatures spun in midair and tumbled to the ground. They scrambled out the door)
Kermit: Clami, I'm thinking you might have a cold
Clamina: I don't get colds. Besides...
A cold never bothered me anyway
(Clami created a new dress for herself. It was a short, frosty, pale green gown)
Kermit: Whoa!
(With a smile, Clami waved her hand and added an icy glow to Kermit's tuxedo as well)
Kermit: Fancy!
(Then Clami held up a piece of string that trailed onto the floor. She smiled and handed the end to Kermit)
Clamina: Just follow the string!
Kermit: What?
Clamina: That's a special magic at Christmastime this year
Hearts are gay and merry and full of Yuletide cheer.
The spirit of the season will make your dreams come true.
Memories of Christmas are here for me and you
Caroling, ringing
Santa Claus is always here?
In a Christmas fantasy
On this very special day
Old Saint Nick will come to play
Santa always finds a way
A Christmas fantasy.
Achoo!
(At the same time, several wriggling little snowmen appeared in the air and dropped off the balcony. Neither sister noticed)
(EXT. CASTLE COURTYARD – DAY. Calypso gasped. A group of cute little snowmen was scurrying into the courtyard! Each one was made of a few small snowballs)
Calypso: Little brothers!
(He reached out, scooped up a few of the little guys, and gave them a big welcoming hug. He didn't know where they had come from, but he loved them!)
(INT. CASTLE – DAY.)

Walter: And a partridge in a pear tree
(EXT. CASTLE COURTYARD – DAY. Chlorine was getting worried. He and Claws had worked hard to get the courtyard ready for the Muppets' big Christmas bah. But then the little snowmen had arrived. Every time Chlorine turned around, there were more of them)

(EXT. CASTLE COURTYARD – DAY. Chlorine turned to see several little snowmen knocking down the Christmas banner. All the letters fluttered to the ground)
Calypso: I can fix it!
(Chlorine didn't have a choice. He had to protect the tree, so he left Calypso with the banner letters)
(Chlorine turned to face several little snowmen who were charging at the tree)
Chlorine: No!
(The little snowmen stopped charging, but they still ignored Chlorine. They piled onto a table and started pelting him with snowballs. Chlorine grabbed an empty punch bowl and placed it upside down on his head as a helmet)
(Behind him, Calypso proudly announced that the birthday banner was ready)
Calypso: All fixed!
(Chlorine stared at the newly rearranged letters of the banner and read it aloud)
CHLORINE: "DRY BANANA HIPPY HAT?"
(EXT. CLOCK TOWER – DUSK. Clami's nose was stuffy, her eyes were watering, and she couldn't stop sneezing. But she was too excited to end the treasure hunt now. She led the Muppets to the bottom of the Winter Woods' clock tower. When she looked up to the top, she felt exhausted. But after taking a big breath, she waved her little sister over)
Clamina: Come on! Now we climb!
Kermit: Clami, that's too much. You need to rest!
Clamina: No... We need to get to our Christmas chills... I mean thrills!
Making dreams
Making plans
(EXT. CASTLE COURTYARD – DUSK. When the little snowmen rounded an icicle post, Claws couldn't make the sharp turn after them. Panting, the hermit crab crashed right into the post. His tongue stuck to the icy pole)
(EXT. CLOCK TOWER – DUSK. The Muppets followed Clami up the steps into the clock tower)
Clamina: Go, go, go, go!
Follow the string to the end
You are my very best friend
Kermit: Clami?!
Clamina: What? I'm fine
We're gonna climb
We're gonna sing
Follow the string
(EXT. CASTLE COURTYARD – DUSK. Chlorine, Calypso, and Claws were still fighting over the tree)
(EXT. CLOCK TOWER LEDGE – DUSK. Clami held up the Christmas string. At the other end of it was a wooden doll–she looked just like Clamina! The craftsmanship was amazing)
Clamina: To the thing
(Clami's voice was loud, but it quavered, as if she wasn't quite sure what she was singing. Then she twirled, trying to make a flourish...)
Clamina: Happy, happy, happy
Merry, merry, merry
Hot, cold, hot Christmas
(Instead, she lost her balance and started to fall)
Kermit: Whoa!
(Kermit and the Muppets rushed to catch Clami)
Kermit: Clamina, look at you. You've got a fever. You're burning up!
(Kermit and the Muppets had loved the day so far, but enough was enough. The frost princess was ill)
Kermit: All right, we can't go on like this
Let's put this day on hold
Come on, admit it to yourself
Clamina: Okay. I have a cold
(EXT. CASTLE COURTYARD – DUSK. To make things easier, Kermit and the Muppets take Clami back to the castle bedroom)
Clamina: I'm sorry, Kermit. I just wanted to give you one perfect Christmas, but I ruined it. Again.
Miss Piggy: You didn't ruin anything. Let's just get you to bed.
(As the gates swung open, Clami could see over Kermit's shoulder into the courtyard beyond. Her mouth fell open in dismay)
(Behind Kermit and the Muppets, Clami could see little snowmen everywhere)
All: Surprise!
(Kermit's face lit up in amazement)
Kermit: Wow!
Clamina: Wow...
Bunsen: On the twelfth day of Christmas
Beaker: Mi-mi-mi-mi-mi-mi
(Twelve ballerinas, one is SAOIRSE RONAN, appeared behind the tree)
Janice: Twelve ladies dancing!
Ballerina Chorus: Jingle bells, jingle bells,
Jingle all the way!
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one-horse open sleigh. Hey!
Jingle bells, jingle bells,
Jingle all the way!
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one-horse open sleigh.
Statler: Eleven Lords-a-leaping!
Lord Chorus: Deck the halls with boughs of holly
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la
Tis the season to be jolly
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la
Don we now our gay apparel
Fa-la-la, la-la-la, la-la-la
Troll the ancient Yuletide carol
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la
Animal: Ten drummers drumming!
Children Chorus: Toyland! Toyland!
Wonderful girl and boy land
While you dwell within it
You are ever happy then
Beauregard: Nine pipers piping!
Floyd: Jolly old Saint Nicholas
Lean your ear this way
Don't you tell a single soul
What I'm going to say
Beauregard: Christmas Eve is coming soon
Now, you dear old man
Whisper what you'll bring to me,
Tell me if you can
Rowlf: Eight maids-a-milking!
Maid Chorus: O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree
How lovely are your branches
O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree
How lovely are your branches
Rowlf: You boughs are green in summer's glow
And do not fade in winter's snow
Maid Chorus: O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree
How lovely are your branches
Lew Zealand: Seven swans-a-swimming
Fozzie: Here we come a-caroling
Among the leaves green
Here we come a-wand'ring
So fair to be seen
Love and joy come to you
And to you glad tidings, too
And God bless you and send you a happy New Year
And God send you a happy New Year
Scooter: Six geese-a-laying
Miss Piggy: Christmas is coming,
The goose is getting fat
Gonzo: Please to put a penny
In the old man's hat
Robin: If you haven't got a penny
A halfpenny will do
If you haven't got a halfpenny
Scooter: Then God bless you
Link Hogthrob: Five golden rings.
Grotto: Up on the housetop, the reindeer pause:
Out jumps good old Santa Claus
Down through the chimney with lots of toys
All for the little ones' Christmas joys
Sea Salt: Ho! Ho! Ho! Who wouldn't go?
Ho! Ho! Ho! Who wouldn't go?
Grotto: Up on the housetop, click, click, click!
Down through the chimney with good St. Nick
Robin: Four calling birds
Gonzo: Three French hens
Fozzie: Two turtle doves
Walter: And a partridge in a pear tree
All: We wish you a merry Christmas
We wish you a merry Christmas
We wish you a merry Christmas
Clamina: And a happy New Year
Kermit: Okay, to bed with you
(The tree, twelve ballerinas, eleven Lords, ten drummers, nine bagpipers, eight maids, seven swans, six geese, five gold rings, four birds, three French hens, two doves, and a pear tree partridge were wonderful and the party was fun, but Kermit knew his sister need rest)
(Clami had one more objection...even though she was exhausted, and a soft pillow sounded like heaven)
Clamina: No, wait! Wait! All that's left to do is for the Frost Princess to blow the Christmas bukkehorn.
Muppets: No! Clami, no!/Stop!/Don't do it./You need to go to bed!/Come on!
(But Clami dug in her heels. She ran to the royal birthday bukkehorn and, with help, lifted the huge horn to her lips. She blew into it as hard as she could)
Clamina: Ahh-CHOOOOOOO!
(Clami sneezed into the bukkehorn, and the sound echoed. It was the biggest birthday blast ever heard in the kingdom of the Winter Woods!)
(This time, Clami's sneeze did not create little snowmen. It created a giant, enormous, tremendous...snowball. The snowball launched into the air, high above IGP Inc. It careened over mountains, across the ocean, and over almost an entire continent of Norway)
(Finally, the snowball lost momentum and started to drop down over Siberia, Russia)
(EXT. MAIN PRISON YARD, GULAG 38B – DAY. At that very moment, CONSTANTINE, the world's most dangerous frog happened to be busy in the main yard, shoveling recycled stuff into the compacter. Hearing a whistling sound, he looked up just in time to see a huge snowball hurtling across the sky)
(The snowball took a sudden turn downward–and slammed onto Constantine! The evil frog was knocked backward with such force that he fell into the compacter. CRASH!)
(INT. CLAMINA'S BEDROOM – NIGHT. Kermit finally managed to put Clamina to bed. He helped Clami sit up against her pillow, and then carried over a mug of hot soup. Holding it carefully, he helped his sister take a sip)
(Clami looked up gratefully. It felt so good to rest)
Kermit: Best Christmas present ever.
Clamina: Which one?
(Kermit pulled the heavy Oaken "cloaken" over his sister)
Kermit: You letting me take care of you.
Clamina: Achoo.
(Four little snowmen appeared in the bed)
